Role Overview:
At ETM Group, our Kitchen Porters are a key part of the kitchen team. You help keep the kitchen clean, safe, and ready for service, especially during busy and high-energy matchdays.
Across our ETM Sport London venues, you will support the kitchen by washing dishes, cleaning equipment, and keeping all areas tidy and organised. You may also help chefs with simple preparation tasks when needed.
This is a fast-paced role, especially during live sporting events. You’ll work as part of a team to keep the kitchen running smoothly and support great service.

About ETM Group
It all started with a love of great hospitality.
After studying Law, Tom found himself living above a gastro pub and quickly fell in love with the energy, atmosphere and sense of community that great pubs can create. Inspired by the concept, he bought his first pub with a business partner in 2000 and transformed it into a gastro pub.
Meanwhile, Ed was building his own career after studying Finance in Bristol. When he joined Tom, the business began to take shape and together, they set out to create something special.
What started as a small, family-run business grew steadily year after year. As our ambition grew, so did our portfolio, with the opening of venues including The Botanist in Sloane Square, one of our first larger, food-led concepts.
We continued to grow, opening new venues while staying true to the entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on approach that had been there from the very beginning. A major turning point came in 2015 with the opening of Greenwood, which doubled the size of our team and marked an exciting new chapter for the business. We also began working with prestigious partners including Royal London House and The Montcalm, expanding our reach and creating even more ambitious hospitality experiences.
By 2024, it was clear that our growing business had evolved into two distinct hospitality offerings. To better reflect who we are and where we were going, we created ETM Collection and ETM Sport London.
Today, we are proud to continue growing while holding on to the passion, ambition and entrepreneurial spirit that started it all. From a single gastro pub to a diverse portfolio of venues, our story has always been driven by great people, and we are always looking for more talented people to become part of what comes next.
