Role Overview:
At ETM Group, a Bartender within our Sport London venues is at the heart of creating memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. You’re not just serving drinks — you’re part of the atmosphere, delivering great service and contributing to the energy that defines our venues.
Across our Sport London venues — from lively sports bars to large-scale event spaces — our Bartenders play a key role in delivering efficient, high-quality service during both day-to-day trading and major live sporting events. You’ll work as part of a dynamic team to ensure every guest receives a warm welcome, great drinks and a seamless experience.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll develop your product knowledge, service skills and confidence behind the bar. You’ll be responsible for preparing drinks, maintaining bar standards and supporting the wider team to deliver smooth service, even during peak periods.

The Ideal Candidate Will Present:
• Relevant Experience: You have experience as a Bartender or in a customer-facing hospitality role, ideally within a busy bar or sport venue.
• Passion for Hospitality: You enjoy working with people and delivering great service in a lively environment.
• Product Knowledge: You have a basic understanding of beers, spirits and cocktails, or a willingness to learn.
• Service & Energy: You bring a positive attitude and create a welcoming, engaging experience for guests.
• Organisation & Efficiency: You can work quickly and efficiently, maintaining standards during busy service.
• Resilience Under Pressure: You remain calm and focused in high-volume environments, especially during major sporting events.
• Attention to Detail: You take pride in drink quality, presentation and cleanliness of the bar.
• Team Player: You work well within a team, supporting colleagues to deliver smooth and successful service.

About ETM Group
It all started with a love of great hospitality.
After studying Law, Tom found himself living above a gastro pub and quickly fell in love with the energy, atmosphere and sense of community that great pubs can create. Inspired by the concept, he bought his first pub with a business partner in 2000 and transformed it into a gastro pub.
Meanwhile, Ed was building his own career after studying Finance in Bristol. When he joined Tom, the business began to take shape and together, they set out to create something special.
What started as a small, family-run business grew steadily year after year. As our ambition grew, so did our portfolio, with the opening of venues including The Botanist in Sloane Square, one of our first larger, food-led concepts.
We continued to grow, opening new venues while staying true to the entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on approach that had been there from the very beginning. A major turning point came in 2015 with the opening of Greenwood, which doubled the size of our team and marked an exciting new chapter for the business. We also began working with prestigious partners including Royal London House and The Montcalm, expanding our reach and creating even more ambitious hospitality experiences.
By 2024, it was clear that our growing business had evolved into two distinct hospitality offerings. To better reflect who we are and where we were going, we created ETM Collection and ETM Sport London.
Today, we are proud to continue growing while holding on to the passion, ambition and entrepreneurial spirit that started it all. From a single gastro pub to a diverse portfolio of venues, our story has always been driven by great people, and we are always looking for more talented people to become part of what comes next.
