Role Overview:
At ETM Group, being a Breakfast Manager is a key leadership role focused on delivering a seamless and high-quality start to the guest experience. You’re not just overseeing morning service — you’re setting the tone for the day, leading your team, and ensuring every guest receives exceptional service that reflects our EPIC values.
Across our ETM Collection venues — from rooftop restaurants to refined dining spaces — our Breakfast Managers play a vital role in delivering a calm, organised, and polished morning operation. You will oversee breakfast service, manage guest flow, and ensure consistency in both food and service standards during the early part of the day.
Working closely with your General Manager and wider management team, you will take ownership of the breakfast operation, including team leadership, service delivery, and maintaining high standards. This is a hands-on role where you will lead from the front, support your team, and ensure the venue is set up for a successful day of trading.

The Ideal Candidate Will Present:
• Proven Experience: You have experience in a supervisory or management role within a high-quality hospitality environment, with exposure to breakfast or early service operations.
• Leadership Skills: You are a confident and organised leader, able to motivate and guide your team during early shifts.
• Guest-centred Approach: You are passionate about delivering a warm, efficient, and welcoming experience to start the guest’s day.
• Organisation & Attention to Detail: You are highly organised and able to manage service flow, reservations, and set-up with precision.
• Operational Excellence: You ensure service runs smoothly, maintaining high standards in both food and service delivery.
• Communication Skills: You communicate clearly with your team and coordinate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house colleagues.
• Problem-Solving Ability: You are proactive and confident in handling guest requests and resolving any issues efficiently.
• Hands-On Approach: You lead from the floor, supporting your team and ensuring the venue is prepared for the day ahead.

About ETM Group
It all started with a love of great hospitality.
After studying Law, Tom found himself living above a gastro pub and quickly fell in love with the energy, atmosphere and sense of community that great pubs can create. Inspired by the concept, he bought his first pub with a business partner in 2000 and transformed it into a gastro pub.
Meanwhile, Ed was building his own career after studying Finance in Bristol. When he joined Tom, the business began to take shape and together, they set out to create something special.
What started as a small, family-run business grew steadily year after year. As our ambition grew, so did our portfolio, with the opening of venues including The Botanist in Sloane Square, one of our first larger, food-led concepts.
We continued to grow, opening new venues while staying true to the entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on approach that had been there from the very beginning. A major turning point came in 2015 with the opening of Greenwood, which doubled the size of our team and marked an exciting new chapter for the business. We also began working with prestigious partners including Royal London House and The Montcalm, expanding our reach and creating even more ambitious hospitality experiences.
By 2024, it was clear that our growing business had evolved into two distinct hospitality offerings. To better reflect who we are and where we were going, we created ETM Collection and ETM Sport London.
Today, we are proud to continue growing while holding on to the passion, ambition and entrepreneurial spirit that started it all. From a single gastro pub to a diverse portfolio of venues, our story has always been driven by great people, and we are always looking for more talented people to become part of what comes next.
